The hotel is ideal for couples or families as it also boasts a watersports centre, childrens club and health club. From May 4, 2004 to December 31, 2006 due to the ongoing development of the Jumeirah Beach Residences, guests may experience some background noise and/or see construction taking place. MK 08/05.
This is a large, modern, tiered 'L' shape building with a parking for both coaches and cars.
The rooms are well appointed with tiled floors, wooden furniture and blue floral bedcovers and curtains. Half the hotel rooms have views overlooking the Gulf and Palm Island with the remaining rooms overlooking the various construction sites surrounding the hotel.
There are several restaurants including a Chinese, Steak House, Coffee House and the Palm Garden restaurant with views overlooking the landscaped gardens where breakfast is served.
The large lobby is bright and open plan. The satellite reception is to the left of the entrance with a casual seating area in front, with a grand piano. The decoration is very modern and fresh with cream marble flooring and walls.
The hotel is located at the far end of Jumeirah Beach towards Jebel Ali, approximately 35 kilometres from downtown Dubai.
